4Would anyone care to weigh in on the advantages of balanced an amplifier with 90 degree couplers, versus in-phase combiners? For sure, the balanced amp should have better reflection coefficients, and it is easier to get wideband performance using in-phase combiners, but are there any trades? Like intermodulation, harmonic response, etc? Thanks for you time.
